Sandra Monger is an established multi AWARD winning cake designer based in Bath, Somerset. Sandra is professionally trained in catering, advanced patisserie and sugarcraft and specialises in creating bespoke wedding, civil partnership and celebration cakes. Her love of baking and passion for sugarcraft combined with her flair for modelling enables her to create cakes that taste divine and look stunning.

Sandra has won numerous awards for her cake decoration, design and sugarcraft skills. Her work is much sought after due to her attention to detail, innovative design, customer care and experience. Sandra has an enviable client list as well as being the recommended supplier to some of the finest venues in the South West. She prides herself on producing highly original and imaginative work whilst allowing plenty of time to spend with each customer and on every design commissioned.

In 2007 Sandra was delighted to be asked to teach her cake decorating skills both privately and for The Wiltshire College. Sandra now runs her successful cake making business from home in Bath and teaches evening cake decoration and sugarcraft courses for The City of Bath College (please go to news for college course details). Her work is regularly featured in the local press, sugarcraft and wedding magazines.
